Charlie Hayes was born in Boston,MA to a musician mother. Who wrote and performed regularly. Early on Charlie was influenced and taught by great singers. The love for his craft was instilled early on. Charlie started off as a solo artist. Landing a deal with GEO ent a subsidiary of Warner Bros at the young age of thirteen. Though this relationship didn't last long his resolve and determination never wavered. Charlie formed many R&B Groups throughout the years. Some with more success than others.

 

                In 2012 Charlie Hayes finally went solo, deciding not to go after a record contract. Instead deciding to stay independent, and build from the ground up. Taking time to build the right team, and write some of his best material to date. Being solo allowed Charlie to show of his lyrical skills on the warm up single "Something Special, Nothing Special". Charlie Showed that not only was he a great singer, but a hot MC as well!
